New Contract: Principal / Senior Performance Engineer
Great Contract 12 months role with great benefits in Galway - hybrid working model - one week per month!
Ideal candidate will have a proven knowledge on a number of testing skills, be detail oriented and will work closely with the development team.
Job Role:
You will be responsible for providing performance testing services across a diverse set of applications and technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and support the integration and delivery of performance testing in a CI/CD context.
Skills:
Experience with Performance testing Extensive Performance Testing Experience required Extensive experience using JMETER or LoadRunner Performance test tool AWS Experience desirable Strong Programming experience in at least two of the following: Groovy, Bash, Java and Python Working knowledge of Jenkins Use of Grafana / Influx DB for Performance test reporting Working experience of version control tools such as Bitbucket Experience using Monitoring and diagnostic tools such as Splunk and Datadog Excellent understanding of Systems Architecture, web technologies and operating systems
