situated in the
North West
who require an experienced
Litigation Lawyer
to join their busy team. The client is seeking a candidate with previous litigation experience, ideally gained within a public sector organisation, to start with them at short notice. The team deals with all compensation claims against the council up to a value of £1,000,000 as well as providing other general litigation advice to internal services, in particular in relation to highways personal injury claims, personal injury claims sustained by pupils in the Council schools and employer's liability along with preparatory work for inquest hearings. The position is to begin in March for an initial period of 3 months. Although office attendance is preferred, our client is willing to consider remote working for a candidate with the right experience.
