Salary & Benefits: A starting salary of up to £37,000 Annual profit share, up to 10% 9% company pension (5% employer contribution + 4% employee contribution) Up to 27 days holiday plus bank holidays Sick pay scheme Life insurance Employee Assistance Programme Roles & Responsibilities: Ensure that all manufacturing quality is of the expected high standard Continuously drive the team to maximise output Work with the TL to instil cultural change to embrace ongoing improvements and efficiencies Minimise labour costs while achieving manufacturing needs Organise correct utilisation of manning within the business Continuously look to reduce scrap levels Manage employees in relation to HR activities (holidays, absence, lateness) Conduct investigations and disciplinaries as required Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Experience in a Production Team Leader or Supervisory role FLT licence preferable but not essential Manufacturing knowledge and experience A positive attitude towards continuous improvement Contact:
