Signature Career Management are working alongside a global food company, who have several UK heritage brands in its portfolio as well as a huge private label portfolio. The company is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join them, who is commercially minded and career driven. They are looking for this person to join their marketing team on their top brand, tasked with continuing to reach out to their target market, to help add to their market share! This business is a £100mil+ in turnover and has some very exciting wider business developments in the works! NOW IS THE TIME TO JOIN THEM! Additionally, it is an extremely exciting time to jump on this brand, as they aim to venture into a new market with NPDs, have strong budgets and can offer you support to plug those skill gaps, but also autonomy to utilize your existing skill set to really test yourself! The main focus of this role will be managing your brand and taking the lead in terms of strategy and execution, whilst reporting into the head of brand. You will have 1 direct report in the form of an ABM who will support you across marketing. Other exciting opportunities include working on a couple of TV campaigns each year and working on in-store activations with major retailers. Executing brand experience across the consumer journey, including the coordination of activities across internal and external stakeholders. Optimizing live campaigns and post-evaluation analysis. Innovation and NPD projects. Data pulls for brand tracking and KPI tracking. POS and budget management. Producing and presenting reports. Assisting on TV campaigns. You must … Be a high performer with a desire to reach the heights of the marketing pyramid. Have some FMCG/Consumer Goods experience under your belt (ideally over 3 years). Be a solution finder. Have a personal growth mindset that matches your ambition. Have a strong learning mindset. Can work collaboratively in a team and with external teams.
