We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Publishing Manager with a strong background in the international distribution and marketing of PC gaming products, particularly in the European and American markets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing product launches, with a focus on impact assessment and engagement with key opinion leaders (KOLs). Key Responsibilities Oversee the strategy and execution of international publishing for PC gaming titles, focusing on the EU and US markets. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that resonate with target audiences. Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and influencers to enhance product visibility and engagement. Analyze market trends and consumer feedback to inform publishing and marketing strategies. Utilize data-driven insights to assess the impact of promotional activities and optimize future campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to ensure alignment on goals and messaging. Mentor and lead a team, fostering a culture of learning and adaptability. Job Qualifications Proven experience in publishing or marketing for international PC gaming products, especially in the EU and US markets. Strong background in KOL engagement and impact assessment. Excellent command of English; proficiency in other languages is a plus. Demonstrated success in launching and promoting products in overseas markets. Prior overseas work experience is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to learn quickly.
