HR Admin Officer needed in Bristol £12.47ph ref 1450527 14.80 hours 24/01/2025 – 31/03/2025 Job Responsibilities

To act as a key point of contact for a range of HR and OD operational enquiries and provide advice relating to a specified range of HR and OD policies and the implementation of HR and OD procedures and processes, to enable Managers and employees across the Client to manage their people resources and related issues effectively. Minimum Requirements

E

– Educated to A level standard or equivalent with a commitment to gaining a formal Level 3 HR/Payroll qualification via an apprenticeship or other qualification route. E

– Strong team player with a collaborative work style. E

– The ability to be proactive, think creatively and identify development opportunities and continuing ways of improvement. E

– Strong communication (written and verbal) and influencing skills. E

– Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and an ability to manipulate data in Excel to produce relevant management information. D

– Previous experience of using HR information systems and ensuring accurate and timely recording of information and efficient upkeep of personnel files. D

– CIPD/CIPP Level 3 Foundation Certificate in HR or Payroll practice (or working toward or equivalent).
