For me this is what keeps payroll interesting, and at Scania you will be working with fantastic people in a fantastic environment to navigate through our ever-evolving industry.” Responsibilities: Processing new starters, leavers and changes to colleagues’ records to ensure they are accurate in our Dayforce payroll system. Processing monthly timesheet data for our colleagues in our branches to ensure accurate payroll processing. Taking ownership of the monthly payroll process for a designated region or departments, to ensure we pay our colleagues accurately and on time. Producing reports and analysing data to support monthly payroll sign-off and provide management insights on an ad hoc basis. Responding to payroll queries promptly and professionally for your specific region or departments, providing clear and accurate information. Identifying and implementing continual improvements to streamline payroll processes and enhance efficiency. Accurately processing company benefits in accordance with policy and regulations. As a subject matter expert, for your own professional development, actively participating in projects as part of the wider People and Culture Team. About you: Attention to detail:

proven payroll experience in a large and complex organisation with a strong understanding of payroll legislation to include sickness and parental leave.
