GBP40k - GBP45k iO Associates are working with an IT company in Bristol, who are looking for a Third Line Support Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot IT issues, and assist with the design and delivery of IT projects. Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, overseeing and maintaining computer network servers and other IT systems. Deliver and support IT projects, assisting clients in implementing new technologies and improving their IT infrastructure. Ensure network security, protecting client networks from cyber threats and implementing security measures. Troubleshoot IT issues effectively. Manage MS Exchange. Communicate excellently with clients. Exhibit a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Hold MCP or CCNA certifications. Possess VMware/Hyper-V certification. Have cloud computing accreditation (Azure/AWS). This role will provide the right person with great career advancement and development opportunities.
