EPOS Technical Support Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity for you, an experienced EPOS Technical Support Engineer, to join a fabulous company in High Wycombe.
This position is 5 days in the office, Monday to Friday.
As the EPOS Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Providing first line remote support to EPOS system users.
Answering direct calls and enquiries from users.
Diagnosing and rectifying issues to meet user expectations.
Escalating any complex problems to the software developers where necessary.
Assisting the implementation manager with remote EPOS system implementation tasks such as delivering remote training sessions and equipment setup support.
Remotely supporting new members through their EPOS installations.
Providing initial system tour and training to new members.
This is a position which will grow as the client base grows, giving you the chance to become an integral part of what is currently a small team but growing.
In order to be successful in your application for the EPOS Technical Support Engineer, you should have:
An EPOS or IT background.
Excellent customer skills.
Any retail experience would be useful - even if you've previously worked in a shop and understand EPOS from a user perspective.
