Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer - Local Authority Contract:

3 months with the view to extend Rate:

£50-60 p/h Key Requirements: Qualified as Barrister, Solicitor or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. Experienced in advising and representing client departments in relation to Deprivation of Liberty Application, Deputyship and the interrelation of the Mental Health legislation in Adult Social Care Proceedings. Understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 2005; Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards and ability to develop in-depth knowledge. Experienced in giving advice on ordinary residence is essential.
