IT Systems Administrator About the Role We are seeking an

IT Systems Administrator

to join our IT Services Team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, resolving escalated issues, and supporting end-users. This position offers exposure to a wide range of enterprise technologies and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues. Configure, maintain, and monitor servers, routers, switches, and network devices. Provide advanced technical support and mentoring to Level 1 technicians. Implement and monitor security protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Manage incidents and requests using ticketing systems, adhering to SLAs. Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps accurately. Collaborate with senior engineers for critical system issues and contribute to improvement strategies. Participate in on-call duties as required and provide flexible support when needed. Skills and Experience Proven experience in a Service Desk or NOC environment. Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server operating systems (e.g., MySQL, Tomcat, Active Directory). Expertise in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing) and remote desktop technologies. Experience with Microsoft SQL, Azure, and VMware is advantageous. Familiarity with system performance monitoring, patch management, and cyber security. Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, VMware, or ITIL are a plus.
