We have 7 vacancies available; 3 x 11 month Fixed Term Contracts ending 31/01/2026 and 4 x 13 month posts ending 31/03/2026. Exact duration of contract is dependent on actual start date of successful candidates but the Fixed Term contracts will terminate on the end dates outlined here. Secondments will be considered from RCHT candidates who must seek approval from their line manager before applying. If a secondment is not an option, RCHT candidates must be willing to convert to a FTC.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals with proven IT application training experience and communication skills who will be delivering a curriculum of relevant and effective training courses to learners.
The successful candidates will be delivering quality, consistent and professional IT training to staff in both clinical and non-clinical applications.
Main duties of the job
Experience of using the Patient Administration System (PAS)
Experience of using eNotes, Maxims and other clinical systems
Experience of PC applications (Microsoft)
Experience of using NHS Clinical or Business applications
Good general understanding of technology
Proven customer care skills
Proven communication skills
Excellent team player
Copes well in a busy environment
Experienced user of MS Office applications
