Based on the hire desk, the Customer Support Manager is responsible for ensuring that all administration & hire activity between our Major Account customer and GAP Group is carried out in an efficient and effective manner. This is a fast-paced role where you will be responsible for managing customer on hire & off hire, liaising with GAP Group depots to ensure the customer's requirements are being met and identifying opportunities for sales growth. This is a varied and challenging role which will involve managing invoice and credit queries, collating weekly KPI data and producing performance reports when required. About You

Successful applicants should demonstrate the following: Significant experience working within a customer service role, preferably within the Construction/Hire industry. Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment whilst building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Excellent administration skills with experience using MS Office packages and strong attention to detail. Driving licence is preferred but not essential. About Us
