£70,000 - £90,000 | London | Client-Side GH Engage are partnered with an end-user Life Sciences company who are seeking an exceptional Head of Facilities based in London. The successful applicant will be a dedicated professional and problem solver, who is willing to go above and beyond in the delivery of FM services. We are looking to speak to candidates with the following experience: 10+ years of experience in a senior Facilities Management (FM) role. Experience in the Life Sciences industry; familiar with industry standards for health & safety, and excellence. Engineering qualifications or demonstrable experience managing hard FM services. IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent health and safety qualifications are essential. Budgets; service charge budgets, forecasting, and leases. Projects; design and implementation. The successful candidate will be rewarded with excellent client-side benefits, including: A salary of between £70,000 and £90,000. Annual bonus (discretionary). 6% employer pension contribution.
