Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimise resource allocation. Lead and mentor a team of managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards across all facilities and operations. Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with the overall business goals. Analyse operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement or innovation. Develop budgets, forecasts, and operational plans to ensure financial efficiency. Establish and maintain vendor and partner relationships to support operational excellence. Drive the implementation of new technologies and processes to enhance operational performance.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop people. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Demonstrable experience in facilities management.
