About The Role: We are working with an innovative, desirable, and multi-award winning architecture practice that has a large portfolio of internationally renowned projects. They are looking for a New Business and Bid Coordinator to join their social and friendly team. In this role, you will work confidently across the entire bid process from creation to submission and collaborate with the marketing team on the pursual and support of new business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have previous bid coordination experience, strong writing skills, and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. This role would suit a proactive, communicative individual with strong time management skills, who is looking to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the bid process and schedule to ensure timely and accurate submissions Collaborate with architects to gather input for proposals, bids, and related documents Manage and update resources, including project texts, CVs, brochures, and publications Organise and refine the text library to maintain consistency across materials Compile and present monthly bid activity reports to the senior team Monitor and evaluate new opportunities while maintaining the CRM system Conduct research to support events and targeted marketing campaigns Assist with business development by identifying client opportunities and supporting sector initiatives Develop strategies for CRM, networking, and client engagement activities Ensure brand and graphic consistency throughout the office’s materials Key Skills/Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, including bid and competition submissions Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous Strong communicator and confident in collaborating with senior architectural staff to achieve optimal results Skilled writer who can adapt architectural content for diverse audiences Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and presentation Strong project and time management skills Collaborative team player To apply for this position, please click on the apply button to attach your CV (and portfolio for design positions).
