The Finance Business Partner will have a wide range of responsibilities including: Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions. Provide financial expertise and advice to non-finance staff. Develop and monitor key performance indicators. Support the implementation of strategic initiatives. Identify areas for cost reductions and operational improvements. Assist with the preparation of management reports. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, and/or studying towards a Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA). Excellent analytical skills. Proficiency in financial software and databases. Understanding of financial regulations and standards. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders. Strategic mindset with a focus on problem-solving. Job Offer
