Oversee the estate's let property portfolio

Liaise with the local community for sustainability
Requirements RICS or other appropriate qualification
Understanding of modern farming methods and requirements
Knowledge of food production, standards, and sustainability
Commitment to farming and animal welfare
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong supervisory and management abilities
Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others
Numerical aptitude and negotiation skills
Full driving licence
