Job Description:
As the
Accounts Payable Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable function, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all financial processes. You will lead a team, driving improvements, managing supplier relationships, and supporting the overall success of the finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team in the Purchase Ledger function, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. Oversee the processing of supplier invoices, maintaining strong supplier relationships and resolving escalated queries. Ensure timely reconciliations. Drive process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy. Provide regular reports on financial metrics and team performance. Skills & Experience:
2+ years of management experience in accounts payable. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Proactive mindset focused on process improvement. A-Level/BTEC Level 3, with additional finance qualifications preferred. Job Type:
