The role of an

SME Broker

is really important to our client. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for handling a panel of motor and non-motor SME customers at renewal as well as making amendments to existing covers. Your focus will be to provide a first-class service as well as maintain and build relationships with our panel of Insurers.

Daily responsibilities will include: Prepare and invite renewals in line with FCA requirements. Develop relationships with customers and Insurers. Handle general enquiries competently and give clear guidance and explanations. Maximise renewal retention. Accurately update and maintain our policy system (Acturis). Requirements: To be friendly, professional, and heavily client-focused. Have a good all-round knowledge of commercial insurance both motor and non-motor. Have friendly and professional communication attributes including on the telephone and email. The ability to build relationships with customers and Insurers. Ability to prioritise work. To be confident and proactive and can use own initiative. Be a team player. Have a keen eye for detail. Previous knowledge of Acturis would be advantageous. What can you expect?
