Key objectives of role: To work alongside customers and developers post sale being secured by our experienced sales team and drive it to exchange and completion. To build and maintain customer relationships to drive retention of client base. To grow affiliate relationships and increase net profits. To actively seek customer feedback and work alongside other teams in the business to improve our services. To enhance the Residential Estates brand by providing outstanding customer service. Main responsibilities: To respond to day to day enquiries from customers and developers. To be responsible for all communication with customers and developers from initial point of contact through to resolution. To develop an effective system to resolve customer enquiries in a timely manner and to an acceptable standard. To work alongside our Development & Sales Team to reach positive outcomes with clients and developers throughout their purchase journey. To ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are provided to the Delivery Aftercare Manager in line with internal timescales. To work openly and honestly with customers at the heart of the process. To actively seek customer feedback on our services. To support resolving customer complaints. To ensure all record keeping is maintained with consideration given to how systems can be developed. To work as a team providing cover and support for colleagues as required. Take personal responsibility for own Health, Safety and Welfare and that of purchasers and colleagues. Take personal responsibility for seeking value for money opportunities to get service right first time. Understand and use measures to enable continuous improvement. Take personal responsibility for the understanding and application of the Residential Estates Way by the team and individuals. Job Types:
