Arranging and coordinating Product Knowledge Guide Audit every quarter, to ensure that QCC stores and deals with only supplier approved products. Report any findings to the QA manager to ensure food safety and authenticity of the products.
Collecting and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, reviewing and updating quality data or metrics to align with organizational goals. Ensure improvements in processes, minimize downtime by providing meaningful insights, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Reviewing COAs for its specification and any changes: Ensure all required parameters are listed and meet the specified ranges.
