Key Responsibilities: Create, own, and implement the SEO strategy across Shark & Ninja with the explicit aim of driving traffic and revenue growth across EMEA. Oversee the execution of SEO activity to ensure we take a best-in-class approach on each website, in each territory. Take a data-driven approach and continuously look for ways to optimise SEO performance, and where relevant, automate. Conduct ongoing website monitoring and health checks and ensure SEO hygiene factors are of a gold standard. Report on daily, weekly, and monthly performance against forecast and KPI’s. Manage, support, and develop a team of SEO specialists across Europe. Collaborate with content and tech/IT teams to ensure SEO projects are delivered on time and support with QA. Collaborate with the PR team to ensure we have a best-in-class link acquisition strategy. Create & nurture profitable relationships with key agency partners, holding them to account on outreach & technical deliverables. Identify and test innovative opportunities to grow the channel. This includes developing a test and learn plan. Work closely with key internal stakeholders including the wider eCommerce team, Marketing, IT/Tech, Conversion & Creative. Regularly discuss/present opportunities and results with senior stakeholders. Remain up to date with the latest SEO trends & algorithm updates and share knowledge across the relevant teams. Regularly connect with SEO representatives in North America to share wins, losses and test and learn activity, as well as align on requirements for global projects. About you: 5+ year’s demonstrable experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in an eCommerce business. An in-depth knowledge of the SEO best practices. Experience using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush & AHrefs. Solid technical acumen, displaying familiarity with HTML, CSS & JavaScript. An excellent communicator and strong negotiator who can build relationships easily. Strong analytical, strategic, and mathematical skills, along with meticulous attention to detail. A motivated self-starter who is ambitious & curious, with a desire to test new ideas. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles and personalities. Highly proficient in Google Analytics & Microsoft Excel. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. A team player who promotes collaboration. Obsessed with delivering the best experience for our customers.
