Project Manager (Fire Safety) - 12-Month Contract + Extension - Curo Group Hays are delighted to be working in partnership with Curo Group to recruit into the critical position of Project Manager (Fire Safety). Your New Role: You will join a special projects team within Curo who are focussed on leading and delivering on identified projects as part of a wider fire safety investment strategy and day-to-day fire safety risk management. If you are a skilled and experienced Project Manager with occupied building / client-side experience, read on! This role will see you lead on the development and delivery of major specialist property safety projects and one-off activities, ensuring all necessary approvals are achieved and are compliant with relevant legislation. You will manage a portfolio of projects through to completion, providing excellent leadership of project teams, and demonstrating robust contract management throughout. As a Project Manager, you will ensure that quality standards are agreed, understood, and delivered for all projects, and ensure that health & safety requirements are complied with relation to landlord safety obligations and CDM regulations. What will I need to succeed: Hold a relevant professional qualification OR a degree OR have substantial directly relevant experience. Hold a fire safety qualification. Experience of successful project delivery and contract management in relation to significant capital or revenue projects. Demonstrate experience managing health and safety within properties as part of construction works, including the management of CDM. Have a full driving licence.
