As

Marketing Manager , you’ll have

ownership of the agency’s marketing strategy , focusing on

content ideation, planning, and execution . You’ll ensure our voice, expertise, and culture are effectively communicated across social media, events, and other marketing channels. The role includes hands-on content creation, with support from our design team for more complex needs. We’re looking for a marketer with a good understanding of content marketing specifically, someone who can lead with confidence, bringing creativity and strategic thinking to the table while collaborating with the team to deliver results. Experience working in the

creative industries

or with

consumer brands

is highly desirable. This role offers

flexible working hours

(e.g., 10am–3pm, five days a week, or three full days per week), with

one day a week in our Exeter office

to collaborate in person and contribute to our unique team culture. Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the agency’s content strategy, developing and managing a content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, and be aware of growing channels such as TikTok. Ideate, plan, and create engaging content that highlights our expertise, client successes, and culture. Produce high-quality visual and video content using your tools of choice (adobe, canva or in-app editing) to ensure consistency with our new brand. Collaborate with the design team for more complex asset production when needed. Stay on top of social media trends and adapt content to maximise engagement and relevance. Lead the agency’s overall marketing strategy, aligning efforts with business goals and identifying opportunities to amplify our thought leadership and brand awareness. Work closely with the founders to ensure marketing efforts reflect the agency’s vision and values. Collaborate with the wider team to source insights, case studies, and success stories for marketing campaigns. Event Support

Support the planning and execution of agency-led events, including workshops, panels, and networking sessions. Create event-specific promotional materials and coordinate event logistics with the wider team. Develop follow-up content to maximise the impact of events. What We’re Looking For:

This role will suit someone who appreciates a unique tone of voice and knows when trends are or aren’t appropriate. We’re not looking for someone to produce generic assets but will have the insight and experience to craft content with personality. You will have the full support of the wider team to deliver B2B marketing thats more creative in tone and expressive in visual style. Marketing experience , ideally within the creative industries or working with consumer brands. A strong visual eye and passion for creating engaging, on-brand content. Proficiency in content production and scheduling tools Experience with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, with an understanding of how to tailor content for each. A proactive and collaborative approach, with the confidence to

lead the strategy

and take ownership of marketing efforts. Interest in copy-writing, event planning and the ability to support with materials and logistics. What We Offer:
