Job Description
Overseeing securitization transactions and ensuring they are compliant with applicable laws.
Assisting the legal team with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents.
Conducting legal research to support the development of cases and legal advice.
Liaising with clients to provide updates on their cases and gather necessary information.
Participating in meetings with clients and other legal professionals.
Managing a team of junior paralegals, providing mentorship and guidance.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in securitization law.
Supporting the legal department with ad-hoc tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Securitization Paralegal should have:
A law degree or paralegal certificate from a recognized institution.
Proven conveyancing experience, including experience using the land registry portal.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong research and report writing abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Leadership skills and experience managing a team.
