Sunninghill, Ascot, Berkshire / Studio Based with 1 day remote

Gyms, Health Clubs, Boutique Studios, Commercial Fitness, Luxury Hotels, Clinics and Spas.

Zynk is an interior architecture practice that specialises in the field of Health and Fitness and Spa design across all sectors of the market. Headquartered in Sunninghill, Ascot, Berkshire with a global client reach, we have built a reputation in the health and wellness design industry for exceeding the expectations of our clients for over 20 years.

Our work spans gyms, health clubs, hotels, spas, leisure centres, residential leisure and corporate fitness.

Your place on the team:

Due to new project wins, we are looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join the practice.

You will join a talented team in the delivery of cutting-edge health and fitness and wellness projects across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

Accountabilities of the role include:

Produce detailed CAD drawing packages of GA plans, Finishes plans and RCPs, lighting and bespoke joinery details

Client, contractor and supplier liaison

Overseeing site meetings with contractors and clients

About You:

You will have a degree in interior architecture, technical architecture or similar, with a minimum of five years professional experience in a similar role and experience in delivering comprehensive packages of information across a range of project scales.

Experience in retail, hospitality and leisure markets is required. Health and fitness and spa sector experience preferred but NOT essential.

Tech Skills:

Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp. Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations.
