We are currently looking for a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join our client based in Liverpool. This is a high-level role with potential to progress to Associate Director level. What will you receive? Lead and manage mechanical building services projects from inception to completion Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to define project requirements Oversee the delivery of project plans, timelines, and budgets Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including junior engineers and site managers What we are looking for in the Senior Mechanical Project Manager? Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Extensive experience (8+ years) in mechanical project management within the building services sector. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with financial management of projects, including cost control and risk management. Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) is desirable.
