We have a great opportunity for a Site Supervisor working with a fit-out contractor near Oxford.
The Project is a laboratory fit out project. You will be the number 2 on site to the Construction Manager and be responsible for managing the logistics, sub-contractors, documents, and inductions. You will be reporting to the Construction and Project Manager daily. While managing the site, you must also maintain a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
The ideal Site Supervisor must have:
Office/laboratory fit out experience Ability to take instruction from No.1 Site Manager Experience in delivering commercial/laboratory fit outs Experience in M+E Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the team SSSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall, and CSCS Card
