The client is a well-established building services company looking to bring on board a multi-skilled engineer. This role will cover reactive works across warehouses, offices, and retail premises across the UK, including notable clients such as Amazon. Full training will be provided for any responsibilities not previously covered.

General building maintenance Installation of new timber doors and frames Installation of steel fire doors Maintenance of fire doors Door repairs Installation of ironmongery, digital locks, mortice locks, closers, etc. Building of partition walls Installation of various fencing Kitchen installation Toilet and kitchen refurbishments Decoration works Fire stopping works Small roof repairs Civil works Concrete repairs and new bases Armco barrier installation Minor plumbing work Floor covering installation
