Monday - Thursday 08:00am - 16:30pm - Friday 08:00am - 13:30pm Proactive are currently recruiting for multiple skilled Electronic Assembly Operatives in Bishops Stortford to start work immediately. This is a temp to perm position working for a market leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance electronic equipment. You will be working as part of a wider team delivering projects to meet production targets. Key Responsibilities: Perform assembly, soldering, and wiring of electronic products. Manufacture and assemble products according to Standard Operating Procedures and process documents, ensuring compliance. Relevant Skills & Experience: Soldering of electronic products. Stripping cables and cutting to correct lengths. Crimping cable ends. Making up wiring looms. Picking & packing of final products for dispatch. Previous soldering experience essential. Ability to operate electronics-related test equipment. Ability to follow engineering diagrams.
