This is a full-time permanent position offering an excellent salary and non-salaried benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate documentation, including policies, training manuals, and procedure guides. Manage centralised cyber awareness, GDPR, and PCI DSS training. Stay PCI DSS & BACS audit ready year-round. Provide support to end users on various software applications through the internal ticketing system. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including trusted suppliers, to optimise software systems and payment solutions while ensuring compliance obligations are met.

Skills Required: Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Good problem-solving/analytical skills and the ability to explain the complex in simple terms. Familiarity with compliance standards such as PCI DSS, BACS, and GDPR (training provided). Strong communication skills to provide detailed information in easy-to-understand formats. A high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a proactive approach to learning new software. Strong collaboration skills, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. The ability to stay up to date with industry trends and regulations plus make recommendations for process improvements. At least 2 years of office-based work experience. Proven problem-solving, administration, and communication skills.
