Be an Ambassador for Safety at all times. Ensure all accidents are reported to the TL, Line Manager as required. Establish an understanding of Risk Assessments and Risk Controls, including identifying risks. Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices, including reporting all accidents and incidents within the workplace. Build positive customer relationships and respond constructively to customer requests and internal departments. Undertake Technical Services WEMWO. Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with approved data. Be a Champion for Continuous Improvement (CI) by developing an understanding of continuous improvement tools and methodologies and participating in CI activities as required. Minimum Qualifications:
Level 3 Electrical Engineering Qualification/Apprenticeship or equivalent. Desirable: Experience of working on Medical Technical Equipment. IMS experience. Ability to influence, negotiate, and deal with conflict successfully. Knowledge of Health & Safety at work. Experience of working to agreed targets. Intermediate PC Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook. Ability to deliver to tight deadlines in an organised and informed manner. Leadership qualities including the ability to enthuse and motivate. Drive, determination, and a track record in delivering continuous improvement. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills. Strong organisation skills.
