Head of IT
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of IT to join a leading educational institution based in Oxford, where you will be expected to go to the office 4 days a week. The successful Head of IT must have experience of leading teams, budgeting, and IT transformation to take their IT systems and programmes to the next level. It is also important to have experience with ITIL and Agile ways of working, as well as an understanding of budget constraints.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Head of IT to lead several exciting projects where you will be responsible for the development and growth of your team, while having the opportunity to really make your mark on a fantastic organisation. You will work with stakeholders across the business, so it is essential to be a confident communicator.
Skills required for the Head of IT:
- Strong & proven IT management experience
- Experience of budgeting and planning
- Strong understanding of IT services
- Experience of ITIL / Agile
- Confident communicator who can deal with a wide range of stakeholders
