We’re seeking a CRM Optimization Manager to join our team. This critical role focuses on designing, overseeing, and optimizing the integrity, quality, and utility of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot. As a key team member, you will ensure our data are accurate, reliable, and actionable, driving smarter business decisions, growing client relationships, helping us to win business and enhancing operational efficiency. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and process improvement skills to promote and maintain a culture of data accuracy across the organization. What are Your Key Responsibilities? Data Governance & Quality Management: Develop and enforce data quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability within HubSpot. Devise and implement data validation, enrichment processes and automation to maintain clean, actionable data. Regularly audit CRM data to identify and resolve inaccuracies, duplicates, or inconsistencies.

CRM Optimization: Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and consulting teams to configure HubSpot to meet business needs, from developing dashboards and pipelines to tracking client engagement. Manage workflows, pipelines, and integrations to optimize data flow and usability. Recommend and implement enhancements or upgrades to improve HubSpot performance and user experience. Work closely with marketing team on outreach campaigns to measure effectiveness (e.g. conversion rates, ROI, lead sources). Cooperate with marketing in optimizing our website to support lead generation and overall effectiveness.

Reporting & Insights: Design and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for stakeholders. Ensure data integrity in analytics and reporting, validating key metrics to support decision-making.

Training & Leadership: Train team members on HubSpot best practices, data entry standards, and reporting tools. Serve as the primary point of contact for all HubSpot-related inquiries and issues. Lead data integrity initiatives and explore innovative technologies to improve data processes.

Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and company data policies. Partner with IT and Legal teams to safeguard sensitive customer and business information.

What Makes You a Great Fit: Experience:

5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or CRM administration, with a strong preference for HubSpot expertise.

Problem-Solving:

Proven track record of solving complex data challenges and managing CRM systems in professional services or B2B environments.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in data reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.

System Knowledge:

Familiarity with CRM integrations, APIs, and automation tools; HubSpot certifications preferred.

Attention to Detail:

High level of accuracy in managing and validating data to support business decision-making.

Data Analysis:

Demonstrated ability to audit and synthesize data into actionable insights.

Training Skills:

Excellent ability to train and guide team members on CRM best practices and data reporting tools.

Collaboration:

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and stakeholders.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Adaptability:

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and implement process improvements in dynamic environments.

Certification:

HubSpot Admin or Reporting Certification is an advantage.

Marketing Knowledge:

Knowledge of marketing automation, lead generation and lead scoring processes, as well as compliance regulations.

Project Management:

Strong project management skills with a strategic, results-driven mindset.
