We are looking for a highly skilled IT professional to fill the role of Senior IT Manager at Head Resourcing. In this challenging position, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of cutting-edge ERP systems or best-of-breed solutions for medium to large-scale organisations. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive innovation and efficiency across multiple IT disciplines. Ensure the security and integrity of our data by interpreting current IT strategy, overseeing all aspects of cyber security, and implementing robust measures to mitigate risks. Manage an IT team of eight colleagues, providing exceptional IT services to the wider organisation. Additional Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and partners. Ensure the timely delivery of IT projects and initiatives. Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role. Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT service management frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Flexible hybrid working arrangement. Employer pension contribution of up to 10%. Salary: £95,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
