An esteemed UHNW couple is seeking an Executive Private PA to support their dynamic lifestyle. They move between London, Switzerland, and the United States. This is an exclusive opportunity to work alongside a generous and kind couple, managing both personal and professional needs with the utmost discretion, efficiency, and care. Key Responsibilities : Manage complex calendars, to-do lists, and day-to-day communication across multiple time zones Coordinate and secure reservations for world-class restaurants, events, and experiences Anticipate needs and provide cultural suggestions and ideas for travel, leisure, and business Oversee household management in London and the country Manage household staff, payroll, finances, and budgeting with precision Yacht logistics and invitations, coordinating travel with guests and crew Handle all aspects of travel arrangements, including private jets and bespoke itineraries Handle/renew all memberships, contracts, passports etc. Organise and manage annual memberships, tickets, and bespoke gift lists for family and friends Assist with personal and professional tasks, ensuring seamless coordination between work and home life Coordinate logistics for health and wellness needs, as well as lifestyle management Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Private PA for UHNW individuals A Ability to think ahead, anticipate needs, and execute flawlessly Unwavering professionalism, discretion, and loyalty A strong understanding of managing complex, high-net-worth lifestyles Excellent presentation, communication, and organisational skills Self-starter, common sense, proactive Ability to work from two primary locations: Kensington home (2 days/week) and Mayfair private office (3 days/week) Ability to work largely remotely for the principals Thisrole is for the very best in the industry—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and can deliver with absolute confidence.
