Part Qualified Assistant Management Accountant

Weekly Tasks Weekly Margin Reconciliation - Review of Reports Bi-Weekly Sales Team Numbers - Review of Reports Weekly Cash flow - AM Preparation of Reports Review of all sales invoices raised - VMG Group / Vortic Anti Money Laundering checks on clients Sales Team Queries Bi-Weekly Sales Team Commission - Preparation Month End Processes Reconcile inventory to Gross Profit Margin in 3 group companies + Vortic Check accruals for paid sales in 3 group companies Margin analysis for month in 3 group companies - review Review of intercompany recharges between 3 group companies Prepare month end deferred income adjustment for management accounts in 3 group companies Monthly preparation of sales team's sales reports Preparation of management accounts for AM Ltd Monthly commentary for AM Ltd Recoverable Expenses Stock Intercompany loan accounts Year End Prepare AM Ltd Accounts File Audit preparation for 3 Group companies including comprehensive review of Deferred Income, Stock reconciliation Audit queries About You: A graduate at Part qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA (or equivalent) stage with a strong understanding of management accounting principles. Previous experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within the creative, retail, or dealership sectors. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. A genuine interest or background in the art world is a bonus!
