You’ll ensure the business delivers on quality, compliance, and its growth strategy. This role is ideal for a technically strong leader at Director, Associate Director, or Senior Manager level who is ambitious, business-minded, and well-versed in ESG and corporate reporting. The Role As Head of ESG Reporting, you will lead a team of reporting and governance specialists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality internal and external ESG reporting. Your work will drive the Group’s compliance with evolving frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements while embedding robust processes, controls, and governance structures. Key responsibilities include: ESG Reporting Strategy: Develop and oversee the ESG reporting strategy, aligning with global frameworks (e.g., TCFD, GRI, SASB, CDP). Integration of ESG Metrics: Embed ESG metrics into financial and operational reporting to meet stakeholder expectations. Compliance Leadership: Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with emerging ESG regulations. Governance and Assurance: Guide the Group on ESG governance, voluntary standards, and regulatory updates, recommending internal approaches for compliance. Report Ownership: Lead the preparation and publication of the annual report and accounts, Group Sustainability Report, and other mandatory updates such as Modern Slavery and Human Rights disclosures. Collaboration and Innovation: Work across the Group to identify and implement sustainability initiatives that enhance environmental and social impact. About You Qualifications: A qualified Accountant with a strong interest in advancing sustainability reporting. Experience: Demonstrated expertise in delivering complex projects with multiple workstreams, ensuring timely, assured, and accurate disclosures. Leadership: Proven ability to manage and inspire teams, while driving collaboration across functions. Impact: A passion for ESG, with a proactive approach to aligning reporting practices with global standards and sustainability goals. You’ll be part of a purpose-driven organisation, making a measurable impact on society and the environment while driving innovation in ESG reporting.
