They are known for their commitment to quality and sustainable construction. Their projects are spread across the UK, with a significant presence in Sheffield & London. Job Description Identify, evaluate and secure profitable land opportunities for residential construction. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with landowners, brokers, and developers. Work closely with the construction department to ensure project feasibility. Lead project presentations to the company's senior leadership. Maintain a strong network within the industry to stay informed of potential land opportunities. Work in line with company policies and construction regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to optimise the construction process. Provide regular project updates and reports. The Successful Applicant A successful Development Director (Land Manager) should have: A degree in Land Management, Real Estate or a related field. Solid understanding of land acquisition, zoning, and planning regulations. Proficiency in project management and negotiation. Understanding of land conveyance terms. Strong communication and leadership skills. A solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
