Permanent Practice Nurse (FS PPN Croydon) Croydon, England
Salary: GBP26 - GBP28 per hour Location: Croydon, Surrey Rate: up to £28ph DOE Main duties of the job Providing assessment, screening and treatment services and health education advice. Provide nursing treatments to patients in participation with general practitioners or independently to agreed protocols. Provide general and specific health screenings to the practice patients (within agreed protocols) with referral to general practitioners as necessary. Advise patients on general health care and minor ailments with referral to GPs as necessary. Dressings. Infection Control. Job responsibilities Qualified practice nurse with a minimum of 2 years experience working in General Practice. Cervical screening training. Childhood and Travel immunisation training. Evidence of training and experience in monitoring chronic disease; asthma, COPD, diabetes, cardiovascular disease. Qualifications Current NMC registration.
