Are you a talented Private Client Solicitor or CILEX professional with a passion for helping individuals and families protect and manage their wealth? A respected law firm based in East Anglia is seeking a skilled legal professional to join their Wills, Probate Tax and Trusts team. This is your chance to join a team recognised for its expertise and dedication to providing exceptional client service. The Role: This role is ideal for a solicitor or CILEX professional with 3+ years of PQE in private client matters. You'll be advising clients on a broad range of lifetime planning issues, including: Wills and Powers of Attorney. Inheritance tax planning and family asset succession. Trust administration and compliance. Probate administration. Broader tax and business structure issues, including partnerships, LLPs, and companies (desirable but not essential). You’ll be managing your own caseload, conducting client meetings (both in person and remotely), and offering tailored, practical advice on a variety of private client matters. About You: The ideal candidate will: Have proven experience advising on Wills, Powers of Attorney, inheritance tax, and family asset protection. Be capable of managing their own caseload and delivering high-quality, client-focused service. Have experience with trusts, Court of Protection matters, and probate (desirable). Possess excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Be committed to staying up to date with changes in law and best practices.
