Must be either a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. A law degree (or equivalent legal qualifications) and have previous practical experience of legal collection. Proven ability to manage a defended caseload, preferably on the Small Claims Track. Strong IT skills and the ability to adapt to new systems.
