We are seeking a Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance at a high-end corporate site.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance Oversee generators and plant rooms Maintain AHUs and FCUs Package & Benefits: Competitive basic salary of up to 49,500 Overtime available Callout 1 in 4 (300 standby rate) Training & Progression Private Medical Insurance Full company uniform Comprehensive benefits Requirements: Qualified Electrically (Must have Level 3 Electrical Installations or something equivalent) 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments Proven track record in commercial building maintenance Strong communication skills and client-facing experience If you're eager to progress your career in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
