Please note this role will be onsite 5 days per week in Central London to provide VIP Support.
Responsibilities:
AV estate comprising of Cisco AV hardware (Room Kits, Codecs etc), Control/Integration Systems (e.g. Crestron), TVs & Mics. UC estate comprising of Cisco UCM, SBCs (CUBEs), Expressways, Webex Cloud Services, Teams Cloud Services (Direct Routing & CVI) & SIP PSTN providers. Supporting customers IT team, end users and VIPs.
Skills Required:
5+ years in AV support or similar roles. 3+ years technical expertise working across Cisco UC portfolio, video conferencing & interoperability (e.g. Microsoft Teams). Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential. Comfortable working in high pressure environments.
