Our client, a prominent multi-disciplinary consultancy, is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their Central London office, driven by growth and a robust pipeline of projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple sectors, including residential, commercial, heritage, retail, and more.

The position provides flexibility, with a blend of office-based and remote working. Site visits will be required as necessary, scheduled in accordance with project needs and your diary.

Senior Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (Dependent on experience) 25 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays and two charity days per year, with the option to gain additional leave through service milestones or purchase extra days. Senior Building Surveyor Job Overview

Contribute to the growth and enhancement of building surveying services. Coordinate and supervise multiple ongoing projects at various stages of progress. Carry out due diligence and prepare technical reports for a range of projects. Conduct site inspections and deliver effective on-site project management. Take charge of project management and contract administration, ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes.

Senior Building Surveyor Job Requirements

Currently completing APC diary or MRICS qualified. Prior experience in building surveying, project management, and contract administration. Proficient in technical reporting and conducting due diligence. Comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety regulations. Capable of working independently and within a team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Willingness and ability to travel to project locations as required. Full driving license. Strong IT proficiency, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, MS Project, SharePoint, and app-based software.
