Job Overview We're looking for a talented Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer who's ready to make a difference in the fast-paced world of food production. If you're a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background, this could be the career move you've been waiting for.

Responsibilities: Keeping production equipment running like clockwork - diagnosing, fixing, and optimising machinery to ensure smooth operations. Collaborating with the production team to solve problems quickly and efficiently. Implementing process improvements - because good isn't good enough when better is possible. Staying on top of safety and compliance, from food safety standards (HACCP) to Health & Safety regulations (PUWER). Driving sustainability by cutting waste and improving energy efficiency across the board.

Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering. Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG - you know the demands of a fast-moving production environment. Knowledge of HACCP, PUWER, and other relevant standards. Solid technical skills - from AC/DC drives to reading schematic diagrams. A proactive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:

The chance to be part of a growing, innovative team that values your expertise. A highly competitive salary with benefits that reflect your skills. Real opportunities for progression and development - we want you to grow with us. A role with purpose, where your work supports sustainability efforts and makes a real-world impact.

If you're ready for a new challenge and want to be part of a company that's making a difference, don't wait. Apply today and let's have a conversation about what's next for you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
