I am seeking a Senior Construction Manager for a high-rise residential scheme in Bristol. This is a legacy project with 2 years remaining on a Construction Management contract, with a project value of £30-40 million.
Reporting to an experienced Project Manager, the role will be to oversee a team of Site Managers, taking charge of the delivery of the project, dealing with all subcontractors, and ensuring health and safety on site is to the required standards.
For this role, you will be an experienced Senior Site Manager with a good track record of managing a team. You will have a strong track record of working on large projects, ideally with tier one contractors, although the client will speak to candidates from different backgrounds.
You will need all-round experience in internal and external construction, and some residential/apartment experience would be an advantage.
You will likely have construction-related qualifications, NVQ, Degree, HND, etc., and onsite tickets including a CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, and others.
