Your new role This role will allow you to support colleagues in senior management with a wide range of reorganisation activities within a wider housing team, managing operational tasks, preparing essential documentation, and coordinating key activities to ensure smooth and compliant implementation of an approved restructuring plan. You will prepare essential documentation including role profiles and job descriptions, and coordinate key activities to ensure a smooth and compliant implementation of an approved plan.

What you'll need to succeed Demonstrable experience within housing assets, repairs, tenancy management. Involvement in supporting restructures, reorganisation, and similar operational processes. Understanding of job evaluation processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare effective communications for diverse audiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

What you'll get in return In return, you will receive an initial six-month contract position which can be undertaken flexibly or on a hybrid basis. In addition, you will receive a daily rate, which is negotiable dependent on specific levels of experience and relatable qualifications. Longer term opportunities are available in this role, dependent on your motivation and progress across the initial six-month period.
