Our client is looking for a self-motivated and vibrant individual to join their team as a Sales Negotiator/Property Marketing Consultant The successful candidate will receive excellent benefits: * 28 days paid holidays including bank holidays, and additional days in lieu for Saturday working * Use of Pool Car, Mileage reimbursement when using own vehicle * Entry to our Property Training Academy; sponsorship of Professional Qualifications * Company events * Company pension * Free, on-site parking The Key Responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator/Property Marketing Consultant: * Present and Launch properties For Sale and manage enquiries * Solicit and Conduct high quality viewings * Promote and Negotiate Offers, checking chains and proof of funds. * Manage stock of properties * Provide regular vendor feedback and where appropriate seek price adjustments or other concessions to help properties sell * Keep all parties up to date and informed on a regular basis, and deliver timely, accurate and high quality customer service. * Work with CRM and buyer applicants to secure additional valuation opportunities * Maximise opportunities for introductions to lettings, legal and financial services * Assist and support colleagues to secure key company goals and objectives. * Some valuation opportunities might be available on a limited basis for qualified candidates. * Be an excellent ambassador for the company, delivering a high service level and obtaining positive feedback and reviews The Key Requirements of the Sales Negotiator/Property Marketing Consultant: * Property Sales - 1 year (preferred) * Full UK driving license (essential) * Excellent sales ability * Confident and self-motivated personality * Brilliant organisational and time management skills Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
